The supplies. Teflon wire, Heat Shrink, Butt Connectors, Mesh cover

Aftermarket O2 sensor...these are half the price of OEM sensors, and have done well for me so far.

With this O2 sensor two of the wires are both white, don't forget to mark the wires!

I cut the plastic off the Butt Splice. The plastic gets brittle when heated.

Don't forget to add some solder, as well as Tinning the wires to help get solder in the connector.

Before connecting the second half of the O2 sensor make sure to insert the Heat shrink and the Wrap

Finished product. Stretch the wrap across the wire, burn the ends and zip tie the ends.
